Optimised European distribution structure for manufacturer of seasonal leisure products

Working with our European partners ROI we carried out a Go to Marketsurvey to check the changing customer views on delivery and customer service. We then re-modelled the European Distribution network using an industry leading software tool. As well as the service changes driven by the GTM survey, significant cost savings were modelled. This has now been implemented by issuing a Request For Proposal to European providers and selecting using a criteria based assessment.
